Explanation
I have chosen the windows 8 64bit, English operating system because it is widely used by most desktops and also windows 8 is a completely redesigned operating system developed from the ground up with touchscreen use in mind as well as near-instant-on capabilities that enable a Windows 8 PC to load and start up in a matter of seconds rather than in minutes.
I have chosen the 1600mhz DDR3 Quad because it is a modern type of DRAM with a high bandwidth interface, and has been in use since 2007. It is the higher-speed successor to DDR and DDR2 and predecessor to DDR4 SDRAM chips. DDR3 SDRAM is neither forward nor backward compatible with any earlier type of RAM due to different signaling voltages, timings, and other factors. If you have more ram you then can have more things going on without the system crashing e.g. textures and models.i have chosen 32 gb of RAM because it will be more than enough for multi tasking no matter how many programs the developer is running.the system will be more than powerful enough to test any games on max settings.
I have chosen this hard drive because it has lots of memory space and is very powerful.this is so it will speed the system up exponentially and be able to save and store more data.this in turn will allow more games to be played and saved on the system.this hardrive i fast at reading data because it runs 6gb/s/. the files are broken down into segments on the disk which means you are waiting for the HDD to read the next part of the file this is why i have chosen a Solid State Drive to run the operating system from. the processor is a multi core CPU allowing the PC to prepare processes form both the SSD and HDD at the same time.
I have chosen the AMD R9 290X What makes this card special is definitely the memory configuration: 4GB GDDR5 across 512-bit interface, a big step forward in high-end graphics card segment.more dedicated RAM means better and faster rendering of 3D environments whilst not using to much of the systems ram.
with a more powerful graphics card the developer can render and build much more advanced 3D environments in games. this is top of the range gpu and should allow the developer to create as higher looking textures as possible.
I have chosen this processor because new i7-4960X does support slightly faster memory than the quad channel DDR3 1866 is formally supported up from the Sandy Bridge-E's DDR3-1600.. i also chose this because its a faster more powerful processor.with a multi core CPU like this you can prepare multiple processes for the system to execute.this is aided by having a dual storage system since the more important OS processes are prepared from the faster SSD and the less important program files after from the slower HDD.with the faster 4.1 Ghz clock speed the processes from the 6 GB can be handled much faster than the usual 3.1 Ghz processors.
